Paulownia·Reroot 桐道·新弦

Paulownia" is Sinobeats' original music performance, firstly shown at the Melbourne Recital Centre in 2022. "Reroot" symbolises the sprouting of Chinese traditional music on the land of Australia. In 2024, Sinobeats will once again bring our fusion music to the professional stage in Melbourne, inviting local audiences to participate and delivering an audio- visual feast of Eastern and Western fusion.

This event is divided into two parts- musical experience performance. In Sinobeats' creative musical instrument experience session, in addition to teacher demonstrations, the audience can also participate in trial playing to feel the beauty of the instrument up close. There is also a master-level open class experience, allowing you to fully understand the depth and charm of Chinese music from theory to practice. The performance that followed was a combination of Chinese and Western music instruments, with Chinese and Western music artists presenting melodious and beautiful pieces. Is the collision of Chinese and Western musical instruments a fierce confrontation or a complement to each other? The answer can only be found on site. 

「桐道」Paulownia 是Sinobeats首创的音乐舞台表演，于2022年首次在 Melbourne Recital Centre 上演。「新弦」是中国传统民乐的春芽在澳大利亚的土壤上新发，2024年，Sinobeats将带着我们的融合音乐再次来到墨尔本的专业舞台，邀请本地观众共同参与，带来一场中西融合的视听盛宴。

本场活动分为两个部分，「一」乐器体验，「二」正式演出。Sinobeats首创的乐器体验环节，除了老师示范演奏，观众还能够参与试弹，近距离感受乐器的美，更有大师级公开课体验，让你从理论到实践，全方位了解中国民乐的深度和魅力。之后的正式演出更是结合了中国民乐和西洋乐，由资深的中西乐艺术家们共同带来一首首悠扬好听的曲目。中西乐器的碰撞是激烈对抗还是相得益彰？答案只有来到现场才能找到。让我们拭目以待！
